Element provided part-time to full-time QA/QC services on this FTA funded project performing earthwork observation and testing, reinforcing steel, PT cable inspection & stressing observations, concrete inspection and testing, structural steel, precast and metal decking inspection and testing services for the parking ramp and transit building project. Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) technology was used on this project to determine presence of any buried man-made structures within the ramp footprint.
