Element provided part-time to full-time QA/QC services on this FTA funded project performing caisson inspection, earthwork observation and testing, reinforcing steel, PT cable inspection & stressing observations, concrete inspection and testing, structural steel, precast and metal decking inspection and testing services for the parking ramp project of similar size to the 28th Avenue Parking Structure.
The PT deck construction for this project was very complex requiring very detailed inspection services.
