Functional Qualification Requirements for Power Operated Valve Assemblies for Nuclear Power Plants

The qualification is based on tests and/or analysis to demonstrate that the valve/actuator assembly can perform its function under the most adverse conditions of pressure, flow, temperature, mechanical loading and vibration.
