Craig Schroeder is an expert metallurgist with over 20 years experience in both experimental and analytical engineering of materials. 

Experience

Craig specializes in failure analysis project management and training on carbon & low alloy steels, stainless steels, aluminum alloys, cast iron, titanium, and nickel and their application in such processes as metal casting, heat treating, plating, welding, forging, corrosion evaluation, and quality assurance.

He regularly provides support to the Aerospace & Defense, Transportation, Power Transmission, Foundry & Forging and Mining sectors.

Craig is experienced in management of both large and small projects. He is experienced in launching product lines in the automotive and aerospace industries, evaluating problems using techniques such as 8D and Kaizen and has earned a green belt.

Craig also has over 13 year experience in analyzing failures and is an expert in fractography, metallography and materials testing to help establish root causes for component failures.
