Zach Mundorff is an expert in the field of energy performance of fenestration products (windows,doors, and skylights). Zach uses computer software to simulate thermal characteristics of frame and glazing materials.
Zach specializes in thermal simulations and validations of Windows, Doors, and Skylights as well as programs like Optics, Therm, Windows, and CMAST. Zach has eight years of industry experience in testing for U-Factor, Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC), Visible Transmittance (VT), and Condensation Resistance (CR) of residential or commercial windows and doors.
Zach is a member of the Nation Fenestration Rating Council in the Accreditation Policy Committee and the following subcommittees:
