David Lichtman has over 40 years of experience delivering product qualification testing to the global aerospace sector.

Industry Experience

David obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management in 1980 from Binghamton University School of Management and was one of the principles of the original company (East-West Technology) acquired by the Element group in 2007.

Beginning his career in 1980, he was responsible for the design & build of the hydraulic and pneumatic test setups and technical review for various areas of the lab. David went on to become the General Manager of the Lab and continued in this role through the acquisition in 2007 up until 2017. In this role he was responsible for all day to day operations. In 2013 the Melbourne Fl lab was added to his responsibilities.

In 2017 David took on the division level role of 'Technical Director PQT Aerospace'. In this role, David provided support in areas including business development, KAM/SAM account management, capital investment planning and justification, and special project support, as well as facilitating the continuing growth of Element Aerospace PQT business in Asia. David also provided technical support for all PQT Aerospace Labs including capability gap analysis and recommendations.
