These acquisitions have significantly extended Element's technical capability, operational capacity and geographic footprint as part of our on-going strategy to satisfy our clients' future testing requirements and also in support of our mission to become the world's most trusted testing partner. ISS Inspection Services
Element acquired ISS Inspection Services, comprising four customer-facing brands: NIC Inspection Services, PTI Industries (both accredited by the Federal Aviation Administration), PRO Inspection Services, and CTS Inspection Services. This acquisition offers Element customers more touch points in the fast-growing NDT ecosystem, particularly in the after-market (AM) and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) subsectors, and a new special process services offering.

Filton Systems Engineering
The acquisition of Filton Systems Engineering marked a significant step for Element in advancing its capabilities in the digital engineering and aerospace sectors. The acquisition marks Element’s 50th acquisition in its short history since 2011.

Element's acquisition of CTK expanded its presence in Asia and enhanced its connected technology testing capabilities. It was the second investment in South Korea within six months.

Element acquired one of the principal battery testing companies in South Korea marking Element’s continued expansion into Asia and adding unique destructive battery testing capabilities to the region and the Connected Technologies business.
