What is FCC Testing and Certification at Element?
FCC certification is required for certain categories of radio devices before they can be placed in the US marketplace. An FCC-appointed TCB must be used for certification and the use of an FCC ID on the products. Element is one such TCB.
Your equipment needs to be assessed against applicable FCC rule parts, and then the results are submitted, along with schematic diagrams, bill of materials, user materials, etc., to the TCB for evaluation. Following a successful evaluation, your TCB will issue an FCC Grant of Equipment Authorization, allowing you to place your product into the US market.

What's the difference between FCC and ISED certification?
