Experience

Duy is a leader in EMC, RF, regulatory compliance, and technical operations, with over nine years of experience supporting the test plans development, testing, and certification of wireless and electronic products. As Element’s Global General Manager for EMC/RF, he leads the EMC/RF business across the United States and South Korea, with responsibility for business performance, operational excellence, customer success, quality, resource management, and organizational growth.

Duy has played an integral role in the growth of Element’s EMC/RF capabilities, including the early success of the Morgan Hill, CA laboratory. His career at Element has spanned EMC/RF engineering, regulatory compliance, laboratory management, and global technical program management for major customers, giving him experience across both the technical and business aspects of product compliance.

His technical expertise includes EMC/RF compliance, FCC/ISED/CE requirements, wireless technologies, regulatory strategy, and certification. As an FCC Telecommunication Certification Body (TCB) EMC reviewer, Duy also brings direct experience in regulatory review and certification decisionmaking.

Combining technical expertise with experience in laboratory and business leadership, Duy works with customers and internal teams to develop practical compliance strategies, navigate technical and regulatory requirements, manage program risks, and deliver efficient paths to product certification and market entry.
