About Element Portland Hillsboro Laboratory
Element Portland Hillsboro Evergreen is a specialized EMC, EMI, and wireless compliance laboratory serving the Pacific Northwest with fully accredited MIL-STD-461 and RTCA DO-160 testing capabilities. Located 15 minutes from downtown Portland, the laboratory features three FCC-listed semi-anechoic chambers (10-meter, 5-meter, and 3-meter) and a full suite of immunity and RF testing services designed to support aerospace, defense, medical, industrial, automotive, and connected device manufacturers.
The facility provides complete radiated and conducted emissions testing, radiated immunity evaluations, and comprehensive RF and wireless certification services to help customers achieve FCC, ISED, CE, and global approvals efficiently. The Portland Hillsboro team delivers robust EMC test programs supported by high-performance measurement systems, advanced environmental simulation capabilities, and deep technical expertise.
In addition to EMC/EMI and RF testing, the lab supports DO-160 aerospace testing, defense EMC evaluations, and medical device EMC requirements.
