Altitude Testing

Element provides altitude testing to assess in-flight performance of aerospace components at different elevations. In addition to providing stand-alone altitude simulation, we can integrate other environmental factors, such as temperature, to create a single, comprehensive test program. 

Our altitude capabilities include:

  • Altitude range of -2,000 to 120,000 feet
  • Temperature range of -70°C to 140° C

Humidity Testing

Temperature Testing

Vibration Testing

We use electro-dynamic and servo-hydraulic shakers to simulate real-world conditions such as flight, transportation, and daily operation. We can test electric, pneumatic and hydraulic parts while operating, and can combine vibration and temperature testing.
