Element Materials Technology has appointed James Fleming to the newly created role of Executive Vice President, Group IT, with James also becoming a member of the company’s Executive Management Team. He will lead the development of IT systems and processes to support operational delivery improvements and the further enhancement of the overall customer service experience for Element’s clients. This will be achieved through the development of industry leading systems to ensure close integration with customers and partners, whilst continuing to develop ERP, CRM and Laboratory Management platforms.
James has over 17 years’ IT leadership experience which was gained while working for several FTSE 250 companies. He also chairs the UK chapter of the Global Microsoft Dynamics AX industry user group and has been the recipient of several industry recognized Microsoft awards, including Business Visionary 2014. Furthermore he is one of only 38 MVPs, globally, for Microsoft Dynamics AX.
