Eugene DeVito is an EMC and EMI testing specialist with more than 30 years of experience supporting aerospace, military, commercial and product qualification testing programs.
Experience
Eugene DeVito is the EMI Operations Manager for Element’s Product Qualification Testing team, based in Longmont, Colorado. He has more than 30 years of experience in EMC product qualification testing, specializing in military standards, aerospace applications, lightning testing, power input testing and commercial compliance programs.
Eugene began his career in the United States Air Force, supporting ground-based communications systems, electronics repair and calibration. Following his military service, he earned a degree in Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Astrophysics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Before joining Element, Eugene worked in the manufacturing sector developing RF communications products for military applications. His transition into environmental qualification testing led to a career focused on helping customers validate product performance and compliance. During his 15 years with Element, he has managed mechanical testing operations and EMI laboratories, helping expand aerospace qualification testing capabilities while supporting commercial testing programs across North America.
