Justin Riebesel
Justin Riebesel is an expert metallurgist specializing in failure analysis, weld engineering, and new test method development.
Experience
Justin began work in the testing industry in 2004 as a Project Engineer with Accutek Testing Laboratory, where he became proficient in test methods including tensile, compression, torsion, Charpy impact, bend, fatigue, metallography, hardness, SEM-EDS, failure analysis, machining, welding inspection, and equipment calibration. Justin then served as Partner and Director of Metallurgical Laboratory and Quality Assurance for several years, where he oversaw thousands of testing projects for clients in the aerospace, manufacturing, and medical device industries, as well as managed the company’s quality system and ISO 17025 and Nadcap laboratory accreditations.
Justin joined Element when Accutek was acquired in 2014. He now serves as Quality Manager and Deputy Export Compliance Officer.
