Neal Ferguson
Neal Ferguson has over 25 years of experience in materials testing, non-destructive examination, quality, welding, and standards development. During his nearly 20-year career with Element, he has held both regional and global roles supporting operations, quality, and sales and marketing.
Experience
Neal started his career in non-destructive testing (NDT) as a technician before moving into a quality role with an international valve manufacturer, managing the materials and product testing and inspection data.
He joined Element as the NDT Department Manager in Houston where he supported both the operational and commercial activities, before moving into a full-time commercial role where he led a sales team that supported both local and regional energy focused labs in the US. He currently serves Element as a Director of Global Accounts supporting our largest energy customer from Operators, EPCs, and OEMs across the energy end market.
