Soohee Kwon

Experience 

Soohee Kwon has helped customers navigate industry certification requirements at Element since 2004. With over 20 years of telecom industry experience, she has been at the forefront of industry advancements, leading engineering teams across multiple verticals and delivering customer-focused solutions. 

Soohee is actively involved in several major prestigious cellular industry organizations, including CTIA, PTCRB, INC, GCF, GSMA, and 3GPP. She has held several leadership positions within GCF, serving as CAG2 Vice Chair, IAG Vice Chair, and currently IAG Chair. As Element's PTCRB delegate, she contributes to multiple PTCRB working groups and task forces. She also serves as Element's 3GPP delegate and is a core contributor to the development of MCX Core specifications, helping shape the next generation of mission-critical communications technology. 

Through her wealth of expertise, leadership and commitment to customer-centric solutions, Soohee continues to play a key role in advancing the telecommunications industry.
