LONDON, UK - 10 January, 2017 - Element Materials Technology will host a seminar entitled ‘Fracture Mechanics – an Engineering Assessment Outlook’ on January 20, 2017 in Houston, TX, USA.

This free event is designed to increase awareness of how fracture mechanics data relates to engineering assessments. Led by renowned Engaged Expert, Andy Barron, the seminar will feature presentations on the Evolution of Fracture Mechanics, Material Qualifications and Welding Procedure Qualification Fracture Mechanics and Fracture Mechanics Data and Engineering Assessments.  The seminar will be followed by a tour of Element Houston’s state-of-the-art materials testing laboratory and will feature a range of demonstrations within the Fracture Mechanics department.
