Yesterday, Element Materials Technology (Element), a global provider of testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) services, officially opened its new Global Business Solutions (GBS) facility for colleagues in North America at The Landings in Blue Ash, Ohio. Over 100 colleagues and city officials joined the celebration, which featured a ribbon cutting by the Vice Mayor of Blue Ash, Katie Schneider.
The 21,525 square foot office located on the fourth floor of the Landings II contains state-of-the-art facilities. Collaboration space, huddle rooms, an open-concept layout and abundant natural light exist throughout the space, furthered by free access to a brand-new fitness center for all colleagues, as well as covered parking and walkways, and plans for an on-site marketplace in the coming months.
Element has doubled in size in the Americas since 2020 due to organic growth and growth from acquisitions, which total nine since 2021. The new GBS facility is set to support the company’s expansion by creating 65 new jobs worth a total payroll of $5.6 million, increasing capacity for human resources, digital technology, commercial, legal, and finance teams while streamlining efficiencies for customers and the wider supply chain.
Element’s state-of-the-art material testing laboratory based in Fairfield, Ohio, will continue to support customers out of their existing location.
