Element Materials Technology Expands Advanced Dynamics Testing Capabilities Through Strategic IMV Partnership

Element Huntsville a strategic U.S. hub for advanced testing

London – October 12, 2026: Element Materials Technology (“Element”), a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) services for highly regulated industries, is expanding its advanced dynamics testing capabilities through continued investment in IMV Corporation (“IMV”) technology. The investment will help customers worldwide develop, qualify, and bring to market the next generation of critical products and systems.

Through its partnership with IMV, Element has purchased 11 advanced dynamics systems to date, located across several of its laboratories, including Huntsville, Alabama, and Longmont, Colorado. These systems range from 17,000 to 78,000 pound-force (lbf), with additional systems planned for Los Angeles, California, and Melbourne, Florida. This expanded capability strengthens Element’s global capacity to deliver sophisticated vibration and dynamics testing, giving customers the independent technical data they need to accelerate development, manage risk, and meet demanding qualification requirements.

David Lichtman, Technical Director, Element Aerospace, Space & Defense, said: “Element and IMV share a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and performance. This partnership is helping us expand the advanced dynamics capabilities our customers need to address increasingly complex qualification challenges with confidence. We look forward to building on our collaboration with IMV to deliver even greater value to customers around the world.”

Jumpie Kojima, President, IMV Corporation, added: “IMV is proud to partner with Element and support its continued investment in world-class dynamics testing capabilities. We are grateful for the trust Element has placed in our technology and excited to build on this collaboration as the beginning of an even stronger, long-term partnership.”

This latest investment in advanced dynamics testing builds on Element’s broader expansion in Huntsville, Alabama, where the company has been investing in its people, infrastructure, and technology to support customers in aerospace, defense, energy, and other high-reliability industries. The growing Huntsville campus is being developed as a strategic U.S. hub for advanced testing, enabling customers to complete more of their critical qualification programs in one location, simplify logistics, reduce risk, and accelerate time to market.
