Philippe has more than 15 years of experience in wireless compliance testing, certification, and laboratory operations. His background combines hands-on technical knowledge with the leadership of large, high-throughput testing laboratories.
His experience includes SAR and RF exposure, EMC, HAC, FCC, and ISED equipment authorization, and TCB certification. He works with laboratory teams and customers to manage complex test programs, resolve technical and operational challenges, and deliver certification work reliably.
As Element’s Global General Manager for SAR and RF Exposure, Philippe leads specialized testing operations across multiple international locations, with a focus on technical quality, laboratory capacity and consistent customer delivery.
