About Element Enfield Laboratory
Element Enfield, formerly PTI industries has been a trusted provider of specialty processing and testing services since 1982. Located in Enfield, Connecticut, near the Massachusetts border, the facility serves as a key FAA-approved repair station supporting aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial customers across North America.
The laboratory spans two buildings and nearly 80,000 square feet, continuing to serve high-volume, high-mix programs, processing more than six million parts annually. It specializes in NADCAP-approved inspection, non-destructive testing (FPI & MPI), coatings, bonding, precision cleaning, chemical processing, and additive manufacturing component support. With FAA, ISO 9001, AS9100, and ITAR certifications, Element Enfield ensures full traceability and compliance for mission-critical parts and assemblies.
The site’s integrated MRO and testing capabilities allow customers to repair, validate, and certify components under one roof, reducing turnaround times, improving quality control, and ensuring reliable, compliant performance for every project.
