About Element Monterrey Laboratory
Opened in 2007, Element Monterrey is a materials testing laboratory serving the northern Mexico market, with a strong focus on aerospace qualification and production support. Located in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, the facility is known for fast turnaround times and responsive technical support across highly regulated industries.
The laboratory is staffed by experienced engineers and technicians specializing in mechanical testing, metallography, chemical analysis, and nondestructive testing. Core capabilities include tensile, impact, creep, and stress-rupture testing; metallographic evaluation; alpha-case detection; macroetch and weld analysis; and ultrasonic and liquid penetrant inspection.
Element Monterrey supports aerospace, power generation, automotive, and oil and gas customers with accredited services delivered under ISO/IEC 17025 and Nadcap quality systems. An extensive portfolio of OEM and Tier 1 approvals positions the laboratory as a trusted regional partner for material qualification, supplier support, and failure investigation programs across Mexico and beyond.
