LONDON, UK – April 26, 2016 – Global testing group Exova (now owned by Element Materials Technology) has been approved in a Global Partnership Agreement with Samsung C&T for its operations throughout the Middle East and Africa.
Exova and Samsung C&T have previously worked together on a variety of projects across several of Exova’s specialist sectors. These include environmental monitoring, fire safety and civil materials testing for major construction projects in Abu Dhabi and Riyadh. This latest agreement will allow the companies to collaborate in advancing supply chain integration and performance improvement on future projects. Matt Davies, managing director of Exova Middle East, Asia and Asia Pacific, said: “This agreement is the continuation of our long-standing and successful relationship with Samsung C&T built through partnering on many projects over the years. “This Global Partnership Agreement means we will have early notification of partnership opportunities and project requirements where we can develop bespoke and cost-effective solutions. Equally Samsung C&T’s project management and procurement teams across the region will have access to specialist testing support in their own localities, whether the requirement is on site or in a dedicated Exova laboratory.”
