LONDON, UK – June 7, 2016 – Element Materials Technology is to attend this year’s OMTEC conference in Chicago, IL, the leading engineering and technical event for the Medical Device market, to showcase its newly extended range of testing services for the sector, as well as its enhanced capabilities at Element Cincinnati, the Center of Technical Excellence for Medical Device testing.

A number of Element’s Engaged Experts will be discussing the company’s leading materials, mechanical testing and product qualification testing (PQT) capabilities at the show, which is rooted in product development and manufacturing. Element has recently completed investment in expansion of its technical capabilities both at Element Cincinnati, which includes accelerated aging capabilities, electrochemical corrosion testing, and TEKscan analyses, and also at Element Warsaw, which now offers cytotoxicity and biocompatibility testing. Additionally, the newly-rebranded Element Portland and Element Denver add packaging testing capabilities to Element’s comprehensive Medical Device testing services

Charles Noall, President and CEO of Element, comments: “The OMTEC conference is a fantastic opportunity to meet with our clients and other key industry stakeholders to discuss technical advances within the sector. We have recently invested in our capabilities to ensure that clients can leverage our leading capabilities to develop and manufacture medical devices for end markets in the US, Europe and globally. “The challenge within this sector is to make use of innovative materials and designs while complying with stringent regulatory regimes, so a technical event of this kind allows for valuable exchange of expertise and research.”

OMTEC 2016 will take place at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Chicago, IL on June 15-16, where Element will exhibit at Hall G, booth 633.
