He began his career in 2003 as a Test Engineer at Element’s Boxborough facility, where his technical expertise led to leadership roles managing both the Dynamics and Environmental departments. In 2016, Mark transitioned from operations into a commercial role, ultimately serving as Director of Sales for NTS (now Element).
In his current role as Business Development Director – Defense, Mark partners closely with defense primes, integrators, and suppliers to deliver strategic, program-critical test solutions, bridging engineering requirements with business objectives.
