Element Materials Technology Singapore Pte. Ltd is an ISO 17025 accredited materials testing laboratory specializing in metallurgical analysis and fracture toughness testing. The Singapore laboratory provides a wide variety of metallurgical analysis, fracture toughness testing, and corrosion testing services in accordance with various industry standards.
Our other tests include mechanical testing, hardness testing, rebar fatigue testing, chemical analysis (OES) and testing for corrosion-resistant alloys, and sour service corrosion testing. We also provide on-site testing services such as replica analysis, hardness testing, ferrite scope, and coating thickness measurement to our clients.
Our high-end services include Engineering Critical Assessment (ECA) of pipelines and failure analysis of components. Located in Tuas Singapore, the laboratory provides services to all the major Oil & Gas EPC contractors and fabricators around the Asia and the Asia Pacific regions.
