About Element Reading

Element Reading is an air quality monitoring specialist for environmental and occupational hygiene applications. Offering a wealth of collective experience, our engineers are renowned for their industry knowledge and technical excellence, and respected for the informed, impartial and intelligent advice they provide. In addition to the monitoring of siloxanes, landfill gas emissions and biogases, the laboratory offers stack emissions testing, occupational hygiene services, including workplace exposure, LEV testing, and noise monitoring services tailored to your specific requirements.

Founded in 2003 under the name EnviroDat, the UKAS and MCERTS accredited laboratory is based at the Science and Technology Centre at the University of Reading, which allows privileged access to state-of-the-art research and methodologies, as well as university staff with whom we can consult and collaborate. We deliver our service across the UK and internationally.

 

Our Services

Element Reading designs and delivers customized testing and monitoring solutions that help operators monitor critical air quality and emissions targets. We’re proud to field a team of the most experienced and highly-trained technical specialists in the industry. All senior engineers hold Level 2 MCERTS status, including the full complement of technical endorsements as standard. They are supported by a team of air quality professionals, all of whom hold at least a first degree and are registered with the UK Environment Agency’s MCERTS scheme.

As part of our stack emissions field work services at Glasgow laboratory, we are proud to be able to offer an innovative online e-Mission Portal for Stack Emission Testing for our customers.
