LONDON, UK – February 23, 2017 – Admaterials Technologies Pte Ltd (Admaterials Technologies), an Exova company, has won a contract with construction and property development specialist, Koh Brothers, to provide earthwork testing for the Changi East Development at Changi Airport in Singapore.
As well as handling standard laboratory, grading, compaction and classification earthworks testing, Admaterials Technologies will also conduct plate loading, field density and swell testing. California Bearing Ratio (CBR) tests, used to determine the effectiveness of compaction on soil materials needed for the proposed road construction, are also included in the contract.
The testing will be conducted on-site at Changi Airport as well as at Exova’s specialised laboratory in Singapore. Mr Lu Jinping, Managing Director of Admaterials Technologies, said: “Changi Airport is already one of the largest transportation hubs in Southeast Asia.
