Anil has 20 years of OEM experience in product development within the automotive and oil & gas industries. He has become an authority in developing solutions for a wide range of challenges, including seals & structures, friction & wear, and electrical applications, all centered around the use of polymeric materials.

Since then, he has transitioned to the commercial space where he leverages his expertise in helping other companies qualify their polymeric products. Anil’s professional focus lies in partnering with forward-thinking companies across the industrial, commercial, and transportation sectors.

His work primarily revolves around connecting with executive leaders in engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, individuals who wield the power to make decisions that enhance our lives through the application of polymeric solutions.

• Application development for thermoplastic compounds focusing on the customer’s business challenge across multiple industries
• Influenced seal design as elastomer SME for equipment used in subsea drill through equipment such as blow out preventer (BOP)
• Played a key role on a multidisciplinary team of engineers focused on variable cost productivity (VCP) to improve profitability
• Materials engineering product line support for surface, offshore, and subsea drilling, and production equipment.
• High voltage material, for automotive EV connector; requiring HVHC, high CTI, high flow, low interaction in orange
• Developed a new design to value materials solution for fracking applications with the highest reliability
• WBSR PR2 fatigue life for elastomer seal per API 16A
• Conducted M&A due diligence, a manufacturer of unbonded flexible pipe per API 15S, leading to the acquisition and creation of a new division called “Onshore Composite Pipe”
• Elastomer life modelling in H2S with compressive stress relaxation
